eat this not that

Have you heard or seen this book? There are actually quite a few different editions of these books, one for restaurants, one for fast food, one for kids, one for people dieting. It is really neat. It tells you what options are better than what you currently might be consuming. The website is neat too. On the website you can see, for instance, the top 125 healthiest snack options at the grocery store.
It rates restaurants. Chick-fil-a for instance scores an A- while Baja Fresh scores a surprising D; PF Chang's scores a D- while Wendy's scored a B+. You read about hidden ingredients, not only fatty things but items with an incredible sugar content.
